Processing Time
We process all orders within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.
For pre-order items, we’ll ship your order on or after the release date specified in the product listing.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select.
We offer various international shipping options, including EMS, DHL, and YAMATO INTERNATIONAL, to provide fast and dependable delivery to customers worldwide.
Tracking & Insurance
We want you to feel confident about your purchase, so tracking is available with most shipping methods. Once your package ships, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your order's journey.
Standard shipping:
Includes tracking but No Insurance covers for loss, theft, or damage of items during international transit.
Estimated delivery time: 18–25 business days.

Express shipping :
Includes tracking and Insurance covers for loss, theft, or damage of items during international transit.
Estimated delivery time: 10 - 20 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
For high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure security.
Please note that once a package is marked as delivered, TCG WORLD JAPAN is not responsible for lost, theft, or damage packages during the transits. We recommend you to choose express shipping for peace of mind to cover these unexpected cases.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
Please be aware that buyers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or import taxes.
We are unable to mark orders as "gifts" or falsify customs declarations. We encourage you to check with your local customs office to understand any potential charges before placing an order.

Shipping Issues & Returns

If you choose Express Shipping and receive damaged item, please report the issue within 7 days, providing photos of the packaging and the damaged item for a prompt resolution.
