Purchasing, Cancellation & Return Policy

1. Purchasing Rules
1.1 High-Value Orders (¥500,000 and Above)
For orders totaling ¥500,000 or more, please contact us in advance before placing your order. This helps us prevent fraudulent or accidental purchases.
Orders placed without prior inquiry may be subject to cancellation.

1.2 Order Confirmation & Payment
Orders will only be processed once full payment is received.
Please ensure all billing and shipping information is accurate to avoid processing delays.
1.3 Fraud Prevention
To maintain the integrity of our service:
We may request additional verification for high-value or suspicious orders.
Any fraudulent activity will lead to cancellation and may result in legal action.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
2.1 Cancellation Window
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
To cancel an order, email us at info@tcgworldjapan.com with your order number and cancellation request.
Note: Once your order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
2.2 Refund Policy
If your order is successfully canceled within the allowed timeframe, a refund will be issued.
Refund processing fees may apply depending on the payment method used. These fees are deducted from the total refund amount.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Return & Refund Policy
3.1 Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if:
You received the wrong item, and You contact us within 3 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in unused condition.
Prior authorization is required before returning any items.
Request a return by emailing info@tcgworldjapan.com within 3 days of delivery.
3.2 Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:

- Opened or unsealed trading cards (e.g., booster packs, boxes, singles)
- Correctly shipped items
- Graded cards (final sale)
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Mystery packs or blind boxes
- Used, damaged, or repackaged items
- Perishable goods, hazardous materials, or flammable items
- Sale items or gift cards

3.3 Return Process

Request Authorization
Email info@tcgworldjapan.com within 3 days of receiving the incorrect item. -
Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for returning the item in its original condition.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. -
Refunds or Replacements
Once the return is inspected and approved, we will issue a refund (including return shipping costs) or send the correct item.
3.4 Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately—we will evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
3.5 Exchanges
To exchange an item:
Return the original item first for approval.
After your return is processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.
3.6 European Union (EU) Customers
Due to the collectible nature of our products, we do not offer returns under the EU 14-day cooling-off period, except where legally required. Returns are only accepted for incorrectly shipped items as described in section 3.1.
3.7 Refund Processing
