1. Purchasing Rules

1.1 High-Value Orders (¥500,000 and Above)

• For any products priced over ¥500,000, please contact us before placing an order to prevent fraudulent or impulsive purchases.

• If an order is placed without prior inquiry, we reserve the right to cancel it.

1.2 Order Confirmation & Payment

• Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

• Please ensure all billing and shipping details are accurate to avoid delays.

1.3 Fraud Prevention

• We may request additional verification for high-value or suspicious orders.

• Any fraudulent activity will result in order cancellation and possible legal action.
  

2. Order Cancellation Policy

2.1 Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not been shipped.

• Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

• To cancel an order, please email us at info@tcgworldjapan.com within 24 hours of purchase with your order number and cancellation request.
  

3. Return & Refund Policy

3.1 Return Window & Eligibility

• We only accept returns if the item was incorrectly shipped (wrong item sent).

• The return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

• The item must remain unopened and in its original packaging.
  

3.2 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Opened or unsealed trading cards (including booster packs, boxes, and single cards).

• Correctly shipped items.

• Graded cards (all sales are final once shipped).

• Personalized or customized items.

• Mystery packs or blind boxes (due to their random nature).

• Used, damaged, or repackaged items.

3.3 Return Process

• Return Authorization: If you receive the wrong item, contact us at info@tcgworldjapan.com within 3 days of delivery to request a return.

• Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for returning the incorrect item in its original, unopened condition. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

• Refunds or Replacements: Once we verify the returned item, we will either send the correct item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
